Last week, I came across a super cute, crafty blog called Paper Sparrow. Andrea is a DIY queen and a great artist, always creating and sharing with her readers.
What interests me the most about her blog is the "Blog Parties" she hosts, encouraging other bloggers to create DIY's, giveaways, outfits, and other creative posts centering around a chosen theme – often film related. For example, she has recently hosted a Harry Potter blog party, and a Wes Anderson blog party.
For the spooky month of October she is holding, not one, but two blog parties. The first is a Tim Burton blog party and the second, later in the month, is an Alfred Hitchcock-themed blog party. I love the concept of encouraging people to focus on a theme and be as creative as they can.
