I love Australia, don't get me wrong, but I think one thing that really disappoints me is that we don't support our own local talent enough – and we have a lot of it. I have had the fortune to have grown up with my grandparents. I know lots of people aren't so lucky and I will always remember how special that is. The 2nd and 3rd of April are always a special two days because they are the celebration of my grandfather's birthday and his daughter's birthday (or, more importantly, my mother).
