Oh it's the weekend! This week has been L.O.N.G and I've been head down trying to get my eBook done for you to check out early next week!!!
On that note, if you sign up for the newsletter, you will get the first look at it before the official launch – so do it now (look right) —->
A few of the things I am most grateful for this week:
- The INCREDIBLE support and words of encouragement from some of the people who have been kind enough to check out my eBook over the past week or so. Whoa! It is scary business putting something you'd poured a lot of time and thought into and getting such wonderful feedback.
- Getting a phone call at 11:30 at night from a super talented friend who just had to tell me of her experience meeting a writer from an internationally successful U.S television show who watched her short film and loved it. Not only am I grateful for KNOWING someone with that kind of talent, but also to be one of the people she chose to ring and tell straight away.
- Marie Forleo's B-School. I briefly mentioned earlier in the week that I've signed up for B School this year. We haven't even started yet but the various groups of incredible people I have already started conversing with is SO exciting. I can't begin to tell you how it already feels to be interacting with these people!!
A few blogs I'm loving this week:
Six Things is an online store with an Alice in Wonderland theme and chock full of awesome things. I want to buy everything there! Plus the blog from 'The Red Queen' (LOVE IT) is definitely worth checking out too. I feel like we're kindred spirits…
The beautiful Elizabeth of Your Highest Self has just released her free eBook. Her blog is a beautiful, positive space for free thinking and self development. You can download Me, My Highest Self, and I for FREE (and check out my review) here. Do it, you will thank me!
I signed up for B School through Rachel of In Spaces Between and Tara Bliss of Such Different Skies. Their blogs and businesses are a true inspiration to me, if you don't know them, make sure to check them out! If you're thinking of doing B School, check out their great program and sign up before the 4th of March!)
A few other things:
I've loved Kikki K for as long as I can remember, but somehow we are really aligned this year. First, with their happiness posts and now with their 'Enjoy the Little Things' range. Freaky.
The Adero necklace by Faith Designs is definitely on my birthday list this year (for any loved ones watching…). What a great statement piece, I keep seeing it around and I just need it in my life!
If you think kids spend too much time online, definitely watch this Ted talk and be blown away with how important Google and the Internet can be for the next generation. Mind blowing:
Leonie Dawson has revamped her onilne community program, the Amazing Biz & Life Academy. I can only imagine what goes on in there, so much knowledge and so many e-courses to delight in. It's also REALLY cheap to join for a limited time while she's rolling it out.
Have a wonderful weekend, rain or shine, wherever you are!
