So the week is over and so is my job. To be honest, I'm looking forward to a little break before the next show starts! Anyway, here are a few of my favorite things from the week:

 - THIS post about life by Barefoot Inked. It rocked me to the core a little bit and there are a lot of words but, I can assure you, it is worth the read.

- I've admitted before, I am a total geek when it comes to So You Think You Can Dance. This routine took my breath away (actually this episode was one of the best I've seen):

- Bespoke Zine. This is a Brisbane-based online and printed zine about vintage, handmade, photography, art, and small business. They only print 1000 each issue and mine arrived in the mail today. I love the idea of this, it's like art work, and I love that it comes from Brisbane. Get yours here or sign up to the weekly newsletter for a free taste test.

- This post from Hyperbole and a Half about depression. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry reading Allie's story about what she's been struggling through lately – so I did both. I borrowed this image from her site to show you why you have to go and read this post.

- And yet another remarkable quote from Steve Jobs (from here)

Have a great weekend!

Confession: I love So You Think You Can Dance too! The dancers astound me, move me, and I love how supportive they are of one another, and how supportive and constructive the judges are. A few years ago we did a home SYTYCD video, pairing up Mr B and Em (then aged 10), Em and cousin Maggie, and Nanna and Aunty Bev! I was Natalie (we did the Aussie version, but I was shy so I dubbed my voice over Natalie’s image), and the dog Oliver was a judge. If only I could put it on my blog I would, because it is beyond funny. But I suspect I’d swiftly be divorced if I were to do so. ;-)

Oh, that is SO adorable. If I wasn’t aware of the almost definite divorce papers, I would possibly insist that you post it!
